Constitutional Relations Secretary Michael Russell said Scotland is facing a ‘no deal Brexit nightmare’ after the UK Government published the first batch of ‘Technical Notices’ to prepare for leaving the EU without a withdrawal agreement.

Free sanitary products will be available to pupils, students and learners at schools, colleges and universities across Scotland thanks to a new £5.2 million fund.

The first ever national action plan to encourage and support all parents to be fully involved in their child’s education was launched by Deputy First Minister John Swinney.
