SLTA ANNUAL LUNCH // EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The SLTA Annual Lunch will mark the beginning of the final stage of the Association’s 3 Year “Time for Change” Action Plan to make the organisation fit for purpose in the 21st century. This is an opportunity to hear what the Association has been doing and what our plans are to further strengthen the influence and benefits that the SLTA can bring to the Scottish licensed trade. It is also an opportunity to network with others in the industry during our drinks reception and enjoy a carefully prepared three course meal. Tickets, including a reception, wine and beer/lager are available to members priced £50 per person or a table of ten for the discounted price of £400.
In addition to the Annual Lunch, the Association is holding an Extraordinary General Meeting to approve the Association’s future operating structure. The SLTA’s independent External Advisory Group identified the need to modernise the Association’s operating structure and membership model, and the group’s proposals were presented at the Association’s Annual General Meeting earlier this year. A consultation period has now concluded and a new SLTA Constitution has been drafted. Details and information on the Extraordinary General Meeting will be sent separately to members later this month.
