Scottish Government Weekly Roundup

The Welsh and Scottish Governments began a formal dispute resolution process with the UK Government over their right to receive consequential funding as a result of the Prime Minister’s deal with the Democratic Unionist Party.

An ambitious city deal will deliver opportunities across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders. It will deliver inclusive economic growth across the region through housing, innovation, transport, skills and culture.

The First Minister welcomed news that Scottish Enterprise will contribute £11.7 million towards Aberdeen Harbour’s £350 million expansion, supporting the creation of 2,300 jobs by 2026.
