THE Springboard Charity, the high-profile industry charity which promotes careers in hospitality, leisure and tourism, is looking for feedback from the industry to ensure that its work is meeting the needs of both beneficiaries and businesses.
If you would like to help Springboard deliver the right content on its courses to meet employer needs, please take part in this survey which can be completed anonymously – you will not be asked for your name or contact details. Questions are focused on recruitment priorities and skill/qualification gaps.
Springboard provides specialist services to businesses; helps young people achieve their potential; supports unemployed people of any age into work; and helps equip people facing multiple barriers for a job in the hospitality industry.
