STA AGM and Autumn Conference – Top 3 Reasons to Attend

Top 3 Reasons to Attend STA AGM and Autumn Conference
1 October EICC, Edinburgh

1. Future Insights

The Scottish Tourism Alliance Annual Autumn Conference is a must attend event for anyone with an interest in tourism in Scotland, not least as this year we will be welcoming Scotland’s First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon MSP to deliver the industry address.

In keeping with last year’s sell out programme, the event will focus on the current ‘state of the nation’ in relation to the economy, both from a UK and Scotland perspective with insights, thoughts and forecasts brought to you from some of the UK’s leading experts in tourism, the political world and the UK and wider economy.

You will leave the day with everything you need to know to help you navigate your way through the challenging times ahead – this is the do not miss tourism industry event this autumn.

2. Networking and marketing opportunities

There are a number of opportunities to meet people and do business pre-event and throughout the day.

Delegates will have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments and mingle before conference begins during our registration window from 9.45 – 11.00am.

Our networking lunch takes place between 12.40 – 1.40pm where you can visit the exhibition and catch up with friends, industry colleagues and meet and make new contacts.

We also have sponsorship and exhibition opportunities available. Businesses who wish to sponsor our arrival coffee and networking session or have presence at this year’s exhibition should contact Mhairi Smith on 01786 459235 or email mhairi.smith@stalliance.co.uk

3. Keeping your finger on the pulse!

All the facts, figures, inspiration and insights will be discussed on 1 October.

Throughout the day we’ll be sharing everything that any tourism business needs to know to help you navigate your way through the challenging times ahead.

It’s the opportunity to get your finger on the pulse and be ready for the future by being part of the ‘now’.

It’s the do not miss tourism industry event this Autumn.
