STEPHEN Shand took over The Covenanter Hotel in Falkland in 2011, calling in Hayhoe Webb to sort out the business finances after being let down by previous accountants.
Once on the brink of giving up, Stephen Shand is now back on track with a thriving hotel and restaurant on a solid financial foundation. He is now working with Hayhoe Webb to develop the business and to make the best of the The Covenanter’s guest appearance in the smash hit TV series Outlander.
