The Scottish Government’s Public House Table Service Restrictions Fund To Be Paid Soon

The Scottish Government’s Public House Table Service Restrictions Fund to be paid soon

Local councils will now be getting in touch with eligible businesses and processing payments for the Public House Table Service Restrictions Fund.

The Scottish Licensed Trade Association understands that businesses identified as being eligible will receive payments into their bank accounts, recently verified for the allocation of the December and January Business Support Top Up grants.  The SLTA understands, at this time, that there is no requirement for you to submit any further information to your local council.   (This process has already been carried out and payments made by Moray District Council).

A one-off payment will be awarded at the rate of:

Rateable value
£51,000 or below – £2,500
£51,001 or above – £5,000

To be eligible for financial support through this fund, applicants must be registered as a public house on the non-domestic rates valuation role.
